No need to make your own; store-bought angel food cake is fine. Is you don't have a trifle bowl, any large class bowl will do.
1 large angel food cakeOne 8-ounce package cream cheese, softenedOne 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, regular or fat free (I use fat free and it is delicious) 2 cups whipping cream 2 tablespoons sugar Two 10-ounce packages frozen sweetened, halved strawberries, thawed
Cute the angel food cake into cubes about the size of a walnut. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk, mixing until smooth and completely blended. In a separate medium bowl, whip the cream with the sugar until stiff.
To assemble: In a trifle bowl, layer half the angel food cake cubes, cream cheese mixture, whipped cream, and strawberries. Repeat, laying the remaining ingredients, ending with whipped cream and strawberries. Serves about 12
