Macaroni and Cheese 

1 - 8 oz package of large Elbow Macaroni
2 cups of Cottage Cheese
1 - 8 oz container of Sour Cream
1 Egg
3/4 tsp of Salt, dash of Pepper, dash of Paprika

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain. Mix the macaroni, cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Blend well. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or less according to how fast your oven cooks.
