Chili

3 lb ground meat
Not quite 1/4 cup flour

4 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
2 - 8 oz cans water
1 tbl garlic powder
3 tbl chili powder
1 scant tbl cumin powder
Salt to taste

Optional:  1 large can stewed tomatoes.


Sprinkle flour on meat and brown. Drain and add other ingredients.
Bring to a boil and simmer on low for 45 minutes.
