
1 lb ground round 1 lb sausage Large cabbage 1 cup rice (uncooked) 1 can sauerkraut 1 medium chopped onion Salt and Pepper
In a large bowl mix together ground round, sausage, rice, sauerkraut, onion, salt and pepper. Wash and cook cabbage head just long enough to loosen the leaves. Pull off leaves and fill with meat mixture. Roll up and tie with string.
Place in a deep baking pan and add water 1/2 way full. Bake at 400 for about an hour.
