
Dough For Rolls: 2 cups flour, 2 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/3 cup shortening, and 3/4 cup milk.
Butter to taste. Vanilla to taste. Sugar to taste. Milk to taste.
Make dough. Pinch off enough to make a small roll. Roll out real thin. Spread butter over dough, then sprinkle with sugar and vanilla to taste. Fold up and put in pan. Continue this until your pan is full of rolls. The spread butter on top of rolls and add vanilla and cover well with milk and sugar. Bake at 350 until light brown and bubbly. Very good on a cold day!
